Charlotte Holler, MBA

Charlotte is a director in WTW’s health and benefits consulting practice and has over 10 years of experience. Charlotte has a focus on designing diversity and inclusion strategies within benefits and broader employee programs. Leading this work for the New England health and benefits practice, Charlotte works with large organizations in the health care, financial services, biopharmaceuticals, and high technology industries on their benefits strategies. Charlotte has spoken on the intersection of I&D with various topics, including compliance and wellbeing. Charlotte holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from The College of the Holy Cross. Charlotte holds an MBA in Finance from Babson College.
Bernadette O'Hara, ASA
Director @Willis Towers Watson
Bernadette O’Hara is an actuary and director in the Health and Benefits practice in the Metro New York office of Willis Towers Watson. She assists clients with benefits strategy, design, vendor management, pricing, budgeting and reserving. She has over 25 years of health care consulting experience. In addition, Bernadette is a part of Willis Towers Watson’s national Inclusion & Diversity team. In this role, she works with clients to help identify benefits and wellbeing strategies that further I&D goals and support the needs of a diverse workforce. Bernadette holds a B.A. degree in mathematics and German form Binghamton University. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
